How to Make a Complaint

We want every homeowner who reaches Trumpshort Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Trumpshort Tree Service
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
• The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record of what you said and when.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Be aware that Trumpshort Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@trumpshort.living and include:

• Your name and the preferred way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
